This hotel in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter offers great value for money. The rooms, complete with comfy beds and extremely comfortable mattresses, are clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail is evident throughout, with basic amenities provided and rooms without mold on the walls, which is quite typical of most such hotels in the area. The location is fantastic, situated in a busy street full of charm and local flavor.
All was good, nothing to improve.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel centrally located near all the attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and provided a peaceful and quiet environment for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was a calm oasis away from the noise outside. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The location was convenient and close to many restaurants and attractions.
The noise level was unbearable at night, making it hard for us to fall asleep peacefully during our romantic getaway. , the breakfast selection was limited, and the food was not that great.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help guests, just like the reviews mentioned. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a window to let in natural light. The mattresses are super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also loved the fact that some rooms have a bathtub, which is a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast spread, especially the homemade dishes for vegetarians, is an absolute delight.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to complain about!

As a backpacker, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Located right in the bustling heart of the city center, it was an easy walk to all the tourist spots and the night market nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious and comfortable room, with a clean bathroom and good service from courteous staff. Breakfast was included and the restaurant had an exclusive setting just for the in-house guests. the lovely staff even packed a takeaway breakfast for me when I had to leave early one morning.
Like some other hotels, the pavement of the main entrance was congested with too many scooters/motorbikes parked, which made it a bit difficult to navigate around while carrying my backpack.

The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that have extremely comfortable mattresses and clean bathtubs. I loved the fact that my room had a window, as it's quite typical of most hotels in this area. The homemade breakfast offered a variety of delicious dishes, including options for vegetarians like myself.
No areas for improvement, everything was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It had the best location in the heart of the city, near to all the favorite tourist spots we wanted to visit. We loved that it was right in the middle of the old town, and we could easily walk to everything else in this city. Also, it was near to the most famous Pho store in the area, and we couldn't miss tasting it. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and we had an excellent breakfast with five-star quality. However, the best aspect of this hotel was its staff.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel is located in a central area with easy access to tourist attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly, always trying to help with directions and recommendations for places to eat. the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.
The hotel needs renovations, as the rooms are outdated and the bathrooms are in poor condition. the hot water in the shower ran out quickly, which made taking a shower not very enjoyable.
